We are excited to be offering a presentation on:
“Say Yes to you First” -Burnout and EMDR by Della Holian.

Della is a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist, RTT Therapist, Accredited
EMDR Therapist and EMDR Consultant in training based in Galway. She has
created and facilitates a programme for burnout prevention in therapists. Della will be
helping us to recognise burnout symptoms & behaviours as and EMDR Therapist
AND burnout prevention through an EMDR lens. As well as educating us, she will
also be inviting us to experience a healing meditation. This is an important reminder
for self-care and is sure to be beneficial for all who attend.

Our 2024 AGM will also be taking place. We are inviting new
members to put themselves forward to join our well established and
enthusiastic committee.

Calling all Child and Adolescent EMDR Therapists (or those
considering training) in the West of Ireland……
We are setting up a Special Interest Group to support the ongoing
learning and sharing of resources. Please come along and join us!!!!
